Hi again! In this post we want to share with you some of our team experience working remotely.

We haven't told you but our team is made up of people who do not live in the same city, so we have had to work remotely, and the truth is that although it has not been easy, thanks to several tools we have been able to make it easier and more important, they have helped us to advance in our project.

That is why we want to tell you a little about some tools we have used.

The first one is Slack, a tool that has helped us in terms of team communication, since it has chat rooms organized by themes, as well as private groups and direct messages, as well as the opportunity to share various types of files without problems.

The second one is Skype. Everyone know Skype but for us, this communication tool help us to make weekly video meetings in which we talk about what is each of us doing and how our project is progressing. Although it may not seem like it, the truth is that it is always important to put a face and a voice to the people we are working with, even if only for one time in order to create a stronger bond between the team.

The third is perhaps the most tedious, but the one that has given us great help, TeamGantt. This is a tool for project management using a Gantt diagram. That is to say, it has helped us to plan all the steps that we have to follow for the conclusion of our project, arrange it in a schedule and link them (the steps) between them to make an efficient production chain, this may sound a bit tangled but the truth is that it has helped us a lot, so if you have any project we recommend it a lot.

We know there is a lot of more tools thats we can use, and someones that we don't even know yet, but this are the ones that we have used and we love to share them with you.
